ORDERING

Ordering from us has been made as easy as possible to ensure shopping with us is a pleasure. Browse through our online brochure or our list of items for sale. Click on order and follow the on screen instructions.

You can stop the process at any time even after the order has been submitted (See below 'Cancelling your order')

If you prefer you can order over the telephone, by post, email or fax.

PAYMENT

You have a choice of ways to pay. Debit/Credit cards, Pay via PayPal, send a cheque or postal order, or pay by email. Which ever way you choose you can rest assured your details are safe as we use a SSL server which encrypts your transaction and provides a secure layer of privacy between computers. This is show by the padlock at the bottom right side of your screen.

Credit card details are not held on our computer and payment is not deducted from your card account until goods are ready for dispatch.

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched by either 1st class post, Parcelforce 48 hour service or by 'airmail small packets' for overseas orders.

For UK deliveries

Cost for UK P&P is just £1-40 per order up to an order value of £25

Orders totaling £25 or more and the P&P is FREE OF CHARGE

For Europe & the rest of the world

The cost of packaging and postage is calculated on the value of the order and the destination address. after you have selected your items the cost with delivery is displayed before you complete your order. For full details see 'Delivery Charges'

Collect your order

You can also collect your order from Tavistock Market for an extra discount and no delivery charges. PLEASE NOTE: The discount applies only to items under the BagsAnd section and excludes any special offers. The discount is aplied when you collect.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER

There are facilities within the order process to cancel or change your order at any stage. If however you have completed and sent your order and then wish to cancel or change it. Please email us before dispatch. If the goods have already been dispatched you have a further 14 days after dispatch to return the item/s, as stated below under the section 'Returning an item'

RETURNING AN ITEM

It is important to us you are happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order for whatever reason. You can return the item unused, unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days of dispatch for a complete refund of all money paid including all carriage cost.

It is important you email us before returning any item to ensure you benefit from our full guarantee as we are only able to refund postage cost plus other benefits if you email us first.

You cam be assured the protection of your privacy is our prime concern. Not only do we use a secure encrypted site. The information we collect will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

There are only two reasons we collect information; firstly to process your order and second to provide you with the best possible service.
